About Tara
Tara is a force of nature. As a seasoned educator, she dedicated most of her life to educating refugees and migrants — mostly women from the Middle East including Afghanistan, Syria, Iran, and Iraq — helping them find their voice, regain confidence, and settle in Australia.
After years of her own healing journey, Tara reconnected to her womb and voice, activating her inner power and purpose.
This transformation ignited her calling to step into embodiment coaching. Now, as a certified neuroencoding specialist, embodiment mentor, and mindset coach, she guides female leaders and founders to reconnect with their intuition and inner wisdom.
She is an inspirational speaker, facilitator of women’s circles and wellness retreats, and offers 1:1 sessions and a 12-week mentorship program. Tara holds space for women to heal, reclaim their truth, and live with deep presence, pleasure, and power.
